If you were to decide to contact with me, I hope you would find me welcoming, friendly and very easy to confide in. My aim will always be to help you to feel safe and respected. Initially you may not know how to find the right words, or be able to convey what it is that makes you feel low at times, but this is okay, and is very common. I'm a firm believer in people being given the space, freedom and time for them to make their own decisions. My experience shows that it's not uncommon for people to seek help because, in the past, their opinions, ideas, thoughts, and autonomy has, perhaps, been dominated, belittled or simply ignored by someone else. I will always offer a non-judgemental space for you to explore your inner self, your true self.
